          • To handle inquiries and potential or arising disputes: We process your name, surname, email address, phone number, complaint or inquiry content, and related communication information. This data is retained for three years from the date of recording, except in cases where there is reason to believe that a crime or other illegal action has been recorded, or an internal investigation is ongoing.

          • For direct marketing purposes: We process your name, surname, phone number, email address, and contact details of customers (legal entities), business partners’ representatives (employees), or other contact persons. This data is retained until the debt is settled, considering the statutory limitation period of 10 years under the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
